Courses are run periodically throughout the year based on demand. Topics offered are:

Basic herbal manufacturing

Covering the making of tonic vinegars, healing balms and creams, poutices, liniaments, syrups, and teas (1 day). Contact me to arrange a time and day that suits. I run these throughout the year and can do them on one to one basis.  Cost 150.00 and includes a range of  products to take home, that you have made. :-) 

Medicinal garden for the home

Explores the growing and harvesting of key herbs that can be employed around the home. This is a 1 day course where we will take a walk through my herb garden. Here you will become aquainted with the plants in their own environment, learning where and how they like to grow, how to harvest them and when. We will then apply this  in looking at how to use up to 10 of these competently and confidently for common ailments you and your family or friends may experience.

Dates for this year are 18th April 2011 and 21st November. Cost $150.00 and includes 3 plants to take home from the nursery.

 The November course is now full, so I will look at running another one in February 2012. Dates for this will be posted in the new year.
