	Therapeutic and Culinary Tonic Vinegars Adhering to the principal of " let thy food be thy medicine, let thy medicine be thy food", Serenity Herbs has created a range of great tasting medicinal culinary vinegars. These vinegars contain herbs to assist with a variety of common ailments. They provide a therapeutic level of ingredients aimed at relieving and supporting specific body systems and associated symptoms. They can be used as a therapeutic drink or incorporated in to daily life , in dressings, as a dip for croutons, drizzle over baked vegetables...
	Massage Oils Serenity Herbs makes its own massage oils. Organically grown herbs are carefully infused in to virgin vegetable and nut oils to create blends with their own particular focus. These are both therapeutic and relaxing.
	Medicinal Balms Serenity Herbs makes a small range of medicinal balms and can also blend specific therapeutic gels, creams etc for the individual.
	Herbal Teas Incorporating nourishing and restorative herbal teas in to daily life is a gentle way to maintain good health and nurture your body. Teas can be single herbs or blends with a specific focus. At Serenity Herbs, most of our teas are blended from herbs grown organically here at my home. Those herbs I do buy in are sourced from a reputable supplier and organic where possible. Teas can be individually blended at the dispensary to address the unique requirements of a given situation

	Infused Herbal Oils A selection of infused herbal oils made from herbs grown here at Serenity Herbs. Apply directly to desired areas for healing or massage. Alternatively use these beautiful oils to create your own healing balms and creams, or unique massage blends
	Natural Insect Repellant An all natural insect repellant made from infused herbal oil of Plantago, alcohol, and essential oils.
